It's not there!

A cacher thought the cache was missing since he could not find it but I went to check on it and it was exactly where it has always been.
A magnetic nano cache tucked under a crosspiece on the railing and blends in very well - better than it looks on the photo.
The cacher naughtily had logged a find on this and I am within my rights to delete his find since he has not found it, not signed the log, so has broken the rules. I probably won't delete it though as he went for this on holiday in our town and has gone home now so he maybe really wants this smiley on his map!
