Not mine

I was up early this morning to go into Perpignan for an appointment to test drive a Renault Clio hybrid. It is ecologically reasonably friendly, small enough to be useful on mountain roads but comfortable enough for long journeys back to the UK when required. I had done my research and was impressed with the test drive so have reserved the car but will have to wait till October for delivery. I was back just in time for a quick lunch before going down to the art group. I started a seaside watercolour which is unfinished but really liked one of Lesley’s paintings that she did down at the coast. We have an exhibition coming up soon to organise and I am being pressured into becoming treasurer for the Association. There is nobody else in the small group of people who is available to do the job and the group will fold unless I accept the nomination. I am told it is very little work so I probably will.
