Independence Day

This is the first Independence Day we have celebrated in five years.

The weather won as the main Blipfoto shows. We were shrouded in fog for most of the day. We celebrated inside. Pat went ahead with the original planned menu.

This is a view from Morendy Woods looking north to Knockhill. I took as I drove to pick up strawberries at our local farm Stawberry Shack.

The extra gives just a glimpse of some of the decorations.

We all had a great day eating, chatting and catching up.

The mildly irritating thing is that no one thought to photograph any of the food or the decorations.

Food is King and Blipfotos are forgotten.

I do like the range of greens in the Blipfoto I entered.
