Extending

I am in the process of extending my Scope of Assessment, this is one of ten pages of my initial Scope. I also have to submit a work history, that has an expanse of 41 years. On Friday I had another meeting with our Branch Manager, as a bfollow on from my Performance Review, he has asked me to work toward .making myself redundant by training 2 or 3 others to do my job so I can hang my tools up within the next 6 to 9 months, so I can move up to a roll in Training and Assessments. This is a new initiative from our CEO who wants our company to start doing Internal Training. This is exciting but also extending my Career.
