Thawing Out

After a frost the day warmed up to around 15c. Another cold snap it expected late Tuesday/Wednesday with snow down to low levels on the mountains.

I had some Acupuncture this morning as I hurt my neck and back when trying to get John onto the floor after his event on Wednesday morning. I was hoping things would get better on their own.. but got worse instead. Also had a visit to my GP. On the way home I stopped off for some blood tests. Hopefully all will be all fine with them.
