I was inspired by this quote particularly as it was in the changing hut as our 'fun' group finished and the 'we take it deadly seriously' group were going out.

There is great camaraderie between the groups, just that self esteem gremlin can make you feel fairly inadequate next to them.

What a difference a simple quote on the wall can make. And I didn't have to look like a prat writting down the reference. One click and it's stored for later recall.
