Nigella

It was forecast as a day of mixed weather and mainly wet which it lived up to.  It was dry as I headed to the morning Pilates class but raining heavily as I returned home.  A quick coffee and then I was out meeting up with a friend to see the open gardens of Budleigh.  There were a total of 13 gardens and I managed all but one.  Its always very interesting seeing the different gardens, flowers and interesting views.   There were some really delightful ones all of which would certainly take an incredible amount of time to maintain.  We bumped into various friends we hadn't seen for sometime which was nice.  We also managed to walk over 7.5 miles as the gardens were fairly spread out and only got rained on about three times, one of which was a very heavy shower.  An interesting day out.
