More orchids

Northern marsh orchids this time.
I went for a run on the road-to-nowhere (built for an industrial estate that never materialised) and there were 100s of orchids on the verges and this mass in a field just behind the verge, far more t han last year. There was also a friendly yellowhammer just after - though not friendy enough to allow a pic.
It started out grey but the sun came out in the afternoon making it very muggy.
Communion service at church, I led the first part of the service and Mr Rat the second.
