G for George

George was keen to get a guitar for his birthday.

After ringing round a few music shops, it seemed our best bet was the guitar shop with so many guitars they named it twice.

When he tried this walnut-finish Les Paul Special, he decided it was the one for him.

And so it’s now to be hidden away; no playing it before his birthday.

And yes, that goes for me too.
