The first tray of Polly and Billi's dandelions are now ready for harvesting.
There are apparently many uses for dandelions, of which I have until now been blissfully unaware.
Apart from being 'delicious', and the first food available to bees in the spring, there are many medicinal and culinary uses for dandelions, for example:

Well, who  knew? Maybe there really is an untapped demand for dandelions – which Polly and Billi can fulfil, and make Wilson rich with their profits…
