Rhubarb Jelly
I'm feeling very accomplished today, as this is the first thing I've ever canned & I think the jelly turned out well. The recipe made 7 8-ounce jars but I still have quite a bit of rhubarb left so I may try doing some rhubarb pie filling tomorrow or Monday. I think that two of the flat tops must have stuck to other tops, as after I filled the jars and put the lids on, I had 5 empty jars left, 5 rims and only 3 lids......oh well, I guess I'll find them when I open the right jars of jelly! Rookie mistake! :)
