Midway point

Well kind off!  Day 183 (so rounds up to the mid point), there are now nine blankets in progress!  The mocha one that was ours was donated to our good friend, the neighbour who offered me an hour a week respite liked them so much and wanted one (she was going to wait until next year but that would mean she wouldn't get it until 2023 (even though this year's gone so fast that still feels like ages away).  It is warm making them though at this time of year!  A week on Monday they will start decreasing to the top right corner.  How scary is that?!

Last night the sunset was grey and meh!  Anyway as I went up to close the curtains I spotted the afterglow.  Wow was like the sky caught fire (see extra).

Great result for England tonight!  I'm so impressed with Gareth Southgate as he seems to have made the England players work together and play as a team.  Could they go all the way?  Denmark next who are the dark horse favourites.
