Perfick!

This one's for Gemma who I blipped last April.

We were debating in the office on Thursday, what makes up the perfect start to a weekend and we agreed that this was it. Poached - or scrambled - egg on a toasted muffin topped with smoked Scottish salmon accompanied by a steaming mug of fresh coffee - preferably Taylor's of Harrogate please.

The bran flakes topped with plain yoghurt and pumpkin seeds was my addition and the few mushrooms were left over from Mrs DD's bacon butty.

This is how all Saturday's should start.
