Pickering Parking

Decided on a bike ride before the rain arrived. It certainly is easier on the knees than running these days. The new bike is a delight to ride and the carbon frame much lighter than my previous bike. Strange weather with murky cloud and the odd shower. Fortunately my lightweight top was sufficient to keep me dry.

Whilst out doing a bit of shopping spotted this interesting parking. The ladies in the photo didn’t seem to mind having to detour round it.

Enjoyed the Tour de France and then to see an ex - Eborienteers member Alice Leake have a superb run in the World Orienteering Championship Sprint event coming fourth and only four seconds from a bronze medal. Hope England can round it off this evening.
