Grandma and Grandad

Arthur has had a busy day! We went to see my parents this morning and spent a few hours hanging out and touring the garden.

In the afternoon after a nap (Arthur not us!) we had Jenny's parents and brother over to see the new house and celebrate with a bottle of Fortnum and Mason champagne which Jenny's parents bought for us for Christmas in a hamper. It only felt right to share it with them as a moving in celebration and we've been looking forward to relaxing and enjoying the house and showing it off since we had the offer accepted in early April. The last few weeks have been very busy but the house is all coming together now and we have plans afoot for some small changes and decorating, getting some framed art up and getting things set up how we like it. Life is good! :-)
