Common Corn-Flag

This is one of the new plants in my garden this year.  They grow from bulbs.

Having a very quiet day.  I have done no gardening and no housework.
Geordie and I had a good walk in Hamilton Wood this morning.  It`s a quiet place to go at the weekend when there are so many tourists around.

Suzy and Maggie came along this afternoon for an hour.  We had smoothies and a good chat.

It has been raining gently for the last 3 hours, so there`s no need to water the garden tonight.  Bonus!

I now plan to park myself on the sofa with a glass of wine and find something to watch on the tv.
