Rust, stone &…….

…….texture. What’s not to love about this! Today is the day that sort of didn’t happen! I’ve been doing a bit of cleaning & tidying as some cousins, returning from holidaying in Cornwall, were calling in…..for lunch.

However, the roads were so full they took an alternative route only to be diverted again ‘cos of an accident. Eventually, hours later, they conceded defeat & rang us to say they were going straight home to Hampshire. We quite understood & had our lunch at about 3!

Hope they’ve arrived okay, weather’s been grim with storms & downpours. We’ll be updated tomorrow.
