Lazy Saturday

Eben is with us for the weekend, as Josh, Ruth and Luca have gone to a friend's birthday gathering in Wales. Eben wanted to stay in Sheffield, as he had been invited to a friend's 5th birthday party. At the last minute, this party was postponed for Covid reasons. By then we had all got used to the weekend plan though, so we've stuck to it.

E usually sleeps well... but woke up at 4.45 this morning. So we have had a luxuriously lazy day: board games, dramatised readings from Harry Potter vol 1, pancake-making. And interludes of TV.

We have an outing planned for tomorrow... hoping for some zzz first...
