Queen's Tower

At Imperial College, London, where David and I went with his friend Sonia to see the touring show of the Ig Nobel Prize. The show included talks about the painkilling effect of swearing, the physics of ponytails, cultural ant-eating in chimps and other entertaining research - and a reading of William Topaz McGonagall's classic poem about the Tay Bridge Disaster.
