of his heritage and to be flying the Flags.  The top one is the New Zealand Maori Tino Rangaitiratanga Flag while the one below is the United Tribes Flag which dates back to around 1832.  This gnetleman seemed to appear out of nowhere and  I'm sure  would have been interesting to talk to but that wasn't going to happen today.
