Sigh……

We decided to check our iron levels. It has to be 125 or above for a woman to donate. Janine was 121, Marcella was 129 and I was 111…sigh. More spinach for me.

It was a good day and my last one for ten days. I’m off to Wales in the morning to meet up with my sister. It must be at least eighteen months since we saw each other. She has a four hour drive to get there but I should only take two. Sadly, the weather forecast is rubbish, but who cares!! :)
