Goose Barnacles

We were down at another beach in Oregon called Seven Devils State Rec site.  Beautiful area and took some nice shots.  I was really taken with these goose barnacles that had washed up on a piece of wood.   Another lady and I thought they were baby geoducks, but my brother that knows about all things living in the ocean told me - no- these are goose barnacles.   I do so love my brother Jeff!  anytime I find something weird or strange I just text my dear brother.    will put another in extras.
