Monday Flower Distraction

After too many similar back to back blips, I spent some time in the yard looking for a more interesting blip today.  This front yard flower in the late day sun got the nod.

Late this afternoon the top of one of the trees involved with the power line (see last two days)  gave way and fell away from the pole into our neighbor's yard.  Shortly after that the power company showed up.  They got the pole righted and anchored it to a nearby tree as a temporary fix and they'll be back to replace the pole sometime in the future.
