Feast or famine!

Down to Aden today for a walk and a visit to the allotment.
Still no butterflies in our garden but I saw this Meadow Brown.
But
There were a few strawberries ready but when I picked them, only about ten, about half of them were being eaten by millipedes!
It’s never been a problem before but I was speaking to someone who lives nearby and she told me that she had been invaded by them this year!
