Spring shower

An early morning shot of a miniature daffodil with a few waterdroplets from the rain which had fallen overnight. It is one of the many spring flowers in the beautiful planters dotted about the village. I wished I'd taken a bag or something to kneel on as the ground was wet and it was tricky crouching down and staying steady enough to ensure a sharp image. A change in weather from snow but more snow flurries are forecast over the weekend. Hope this spring is worth waiting for!! Enjoy your weekend.
