Orchid You Not...

....I have been trying to photograph this Orchid for months. I blipped it on the 10th April, not entirely happy. It is extremely difficult to get the shot, the composition never really seems to work. Today I got something approaching a shot I am happy with. Almost.

The weather has been fine making outdoor photography a joy.  Happy Days.

Extras show a Lily Beetle specially for KatesGarden and the damage they do to the plant. And the Orchid with a fly that landed a millisecond before I took the shot. Great timing fly!
