Yesterday's rosebud has opened out. 
Went to the gym on a prebooked hour slot but didn't do much as it was very hot and humid again.
There was a bloke in there last week  or the one before who kept coughing without covering his mouth and today he was talking (very loudly, so might have a hearing problem) to another chap in thegym and saying he has had to isolate for 10 days "Coz I caught that covid."
Great!
After lunch I visited mum and nipped to Morrisons for something for our evening meal.
Did a little weeding in the garden.
Pegged the washing out later (15:45) in hope that next door's builder had finished for the day. It seemed he had but he stayed talking (very loudly so I wonder if he has a hearing problem also) for another half an hour. He seems to do almost as much talking as bricklaying!
Watered the garden and pot plants which is quite time-consuming and now it looks as if it's going to chuck down!
Hoping we can find something good to watch tonight - the TV has been abysmal for some time.
