Bright Futures

Graduates! Another step towards normality, it was great to see them all out in the sunshine, I hope their futures are full of success and happiness.

My day was less than filled with success and happiness. I did an ‘ftp’ test on the peloton. This involves a 20 minute trial to see how much power I can muster. It is quite hard work. I was just having a drink and cooling down when one of the team called. There was an issue with a machine in the office, I was supposed to go in tomorrow so I said I’d pop over and fix it. Stupidly I hopped on my bike and cycled in. Ouch ;)
