Castle Street

We had our first day working for the new employer today. The last week or so running up to today has been awful, hugely stressful. After all the pain of the last few days it was not surprising that today was strewn with problems. 

It’s been impossible to get away from the desk, so today’s post is this month’s calendar photo. Took this a year ago in amazing light early in the afternoon. I think this is my favourite photo of last year. The city has a number of these classical artworks reproduced as a kind of ‘street art’ in various locations. Can’t remember which one this is.
