The Old Farm House.

After a very busy morning....making glazes, running out of one ingredient and managing to make arrangements to get some from another potter.....dealing with numerous people getting stuck....i finally headed out to an afternoon tea party at Jennifer's house!

Jennifer is the daughter of my friend Charlotte, and the sister of a good friend of mine from Ontario...Eric and Cathy Lindgren. which of course makes Eric the son of my friend Charlotte! Eric and Cathy (who i haven't seen in about 5-6 years) are visiting for about a week! This is the view from the new house that Jennifer had built, which has a spectacular view of the hills and valley's of Cape Breton and this is the old farm house that their family used to summer in!

Lovely afternoon....and lots of gossipy catch up with Eric!

And we've had about 2-3" of snow fall - and it's still snowing! will this bloody winter ever end!
