Light rain on the way home.

I remember when I was 11 and had a few months at a new school, I was waiting for mum to pick me up. I was waiting in the school courtyard and it began to rain lightly. There were a handful of other kids waiting and I exclaimed, “It’s raining!” This one kid, I remember his face clearly, shouted back, “No! It’s SPITTING!” And insisted several times. I hate that guy.

Will very likely not recognise him today.
