Where is Waldo?????

He's not in this photo....    BUT.........
There are 3 different  things in this photo.     There is a dog, a frog and a buda    They are all hanging out with the hydrant.   When I first rode up to the hydrant, I stopped and thought what a colorful and rather unusual blip it would make.  It was freshly painted and bright.
        It was only after I took the photo out of my phone did I find the 
items.   I then decided to change the title and see if you could find them.  What the heck.....    It's really different.
