Sandstone Patterns

I am always fascinated by the patterns in sandstone flagstones. We needed to go to Northallerton this morning. It was very cold and damp - rather like a November day. There had been a bit of drizzle and as I passed some flagstones I spotted the patterns on them. They look so much better when they are wet. It's not as good a photo as I had hoped it was the only one I took today. Too engrossed in the tennis to do much else.
