Eben's 2nd swimming lesson

Today's enjoyable Granny duty was to pick Eben up from school and take him to his 4pm swimming lesson.
"I've never been early before!", he commented with some bemusement (a lifetime of teaching has left me with an obsession about not being late for things. This usually results in being ridiculously early instead).
Eben did very well. It's only lesson 2, and the pandemic meant a total interruption to any pool visits with the family. It all brought back many happy memories - he's learning in the same pool where my son and daughter learned, 30+ years ago.
