This piece of art work is suspended above Civic Square in Wellington city, capital of New Zealand. I took this photo from the ground looking up with a friend after spending the day being a tourist in my own city, visiting parliament and going to our national museum, Te Papa, to see the Monet exhibit. Fantastic day and I took this photo just before all light disappeared.
