Colourful hedgerows

There was lots of colour in the hedgerows for my lunchtime plod.  It was very muggy - all that cloud cover!

I think the mugginess of the day also sapped Leo’s energy as he asked me to pick him up from the gum - just couldn’t face that long upward hill home after a day at school and then the gym! Cardio Day had left him whacked, he told me!  

We watched the footie when he got home - although he did snooze through some. He wasn’t wrong about being tired!  It was great to watch and England win, and ai enjoyed the Ukraine surprise win too.
