Wide Wednesday: Central

Tonight I cooked chicken on the BBQ rotisserie. The trickiest bit is making sure it is positioned with the weight in a central distribution, otherwise it doesn't turn properly. 
Sometimes it can be quite tricky and I have to re-skewer it. Of course if I have guests looking over my shoulder it takes several attempts. Tonight I got it first go :-)
