Another dull day. Not quite as cold as yesterday/ if it had been April it would have felt quite warm. Long chat with builders- they are having trouble getting enough bricks and so it looks like the extension won’t be finished ready for the kitchen people to take final measurements. Can’t be helped ! Spent some time sorting financial stuff and popped into WB to take some books from dad to the charity shop and drop off my bed linen at the launderette. Very traditional municipal planting but I quite like it- at least it gives a splash of colour on a grey day!
