A good day!

A lovely warm (Scottish, therefore over 22 is pretty hot!) summer’s day! We marked next door neighbour Noel’s departure well. I also participated in a very interesting OECD webinar/long conversation with some great colleagues talking about regulation, Covid and learning better. And my ERCS blog appeared. And the views were good and rather mellow.
