Butterflies

I was late to bed and didn't sleep too well last night.

After 90 minutes on the computer this morning I needed a break so I donned my running gear and headed up to the moor for a 6 km run. For early morning, it was quite hot in the sun and for the first time in weeks, I spotted lots of butterflies - Red Admirals, Meadow Browns and Gatekeepers.

Good result on this evening's football - England 2 Germany 0
