tuna mooli

Tuna mooli tonight.   A lockdown discovery.  Sometimes known as mooli, sometimes white radish, sometimes daikon.  Either way, cheap and cheerful round these parts.   So the extras are to add salt, acid, umami and heat.  Heat was properly wasabi, but a substitute wasabi like paste was actually ok.
