Safer People Handling Course

Was absolutely dreading this course (have done it before so was just a refresh) as one of the trainers is very good at her job but her people skills are not the best and she scares the living daylights out of me. When I arrived with 2 of my collegues it was to discover she wasn't there today (big sigh of relief) and the other two trainers were lovely R. used to be a teacher at my school and I worked with her for a number of years until she left to take up this position we had a lovely day learnt what we were there to learn and had a few laughs aswell. Can now relax for another 2 years until my next refresh.
