Enjoying a rest

It was very hot for our mountain bike ride today near Staveley-in-Cartmel, so we needed lots of rests - like Raven's Barrow (in the photo), a quick swim in Simpson Ground reservoir, and a good descent through the Chapel House woods back to the cars.
