Liatris

Another wet night and wet day. This was the morning's shot in a short interlude of dry, liatris and echinacea. We lost power for about three hours also. When it came back on we got a message from the power company saying the power had been restored and the reason for the outage was "unidentified". We are bombarded by such useful information.

In the extras I wanted to share Katie's shot of their visit to a Mexican restaurant yesterday. The four on the right are Katie's and the four on the left are her brother in law's. The latter are visiting from Texas. They are all boys except Hazel on the far right! (she had her appendix out last Thursday!).
