Wallace Monument from Stirling Castle esplanade.

This morning, after walking Chloe, we decided to take a little turn into Stirling. After a brief shop we wandered up to the castle esplanade. Although warm in the sun, there was a cool breeze from the east and that notorious east coast haar was clearly visible. 
Intriguingly there was quite a lot of police activity in Stirling, I got the impression that “something was up”.
