Different weather

Today there was a blue sky and fluffy white clouds over these rather grotty hospital buildings.

Terrible morning arguing over my fitness to go home. A nurse was surprised by what I’d brought for breakfast (cheese and a boiled egg) only taking their big bowl of coffee and no jam and toasts or baguette. Blood sugar was high but not so bad. She took urine retention extremely seriously but I know the surgeon understands and trusts me.
Much more painful than I’d imagined. So on the Tramadol again. Very long ride home and not nearly such a good driver.Rushed off to get Gyp.
And now we’re sitting here tired out!
