Muirsheil

The warm sunny weather continues and another good days walking with P exploring the trails and small hills in Muirshiel Country Park just outside Lochwinnoch. The blip is the River Calder which looked very inviting, gorgeous pools that didn’t seem too deep, further upstream a couple of chaps were floating about in a very relaxed manner. On this occasion I just dangled my feet in the water as we ate lunch mulling over the decision by Brandeis University in the US to deem the word ‘picnic’ oppressive. Dangle is probably on the banned list too. Ah well.
