Day 2.

Sparkling turquoise in Ness Harbour,  which wouldn't look out of place in Cornwall.
Gannets gliding and fulmars fluttering in to land at the Butt of Ness (see extras). Britain's most windy place on a quiet day. Just a touch of drizzle to add to the atmosphere.
And a dream shop in Stornoway full of fair trade and vintage loveliness. And fresh fish from the pier for dinner. Lucky me.

And thanks so much for all the love for yesterday's blip. Will try to reply x
