Across the golf course

MrM and I each had an appointment with the dentist in Berwick, the first time in 15 months. I went in first then, while MrM was in the dentist's chair, I was determined to get a sea view. It meant a brisk walk, and it was a distant view across the golf course, but here it is! On the horizon, to the left of the (top of) Berwick lighthouse, is Bamburgh Castle, and to the very left Lindisfarne Castle.

Not surprisingly, we each need another appointment - a filling for me, and a root canal filling or extraction for MrM. Eek! We may need to empty our piggy bank!

Good to chat on the phone with Lucy this evening. She's still feeling a little tired after doing the Yorkshire Three Peaks on Saturday...
