'We are what we do.'

The Michelangelo Experience!

When the student teacher said that as part of the children's art lesson, today, they would be experiencing what it would be like to paint the Sistine Chapel by painting on paper stuck underneath their tables, I said why bother with the paper? Isn't it all about making learning memorable? It was great to then walk into the classroom later and see the concentration and focus on the children's faces whilst they explored skin tone and texture with the underneath of a school desk/table as their canvas!

Three beautiful things:
Seeing natural talent and passion
Red Nose Day cakes!
A beautiful heart tea light as a thank you gift

One thing to be grateful for:
I did phone the vets - it seems that Jem may now have a womb infection - a trip to the vets tomorrow where hopefully it has been caught in time before it is too serious.
